Culture on purpose

At Cribl, our mission is to be the place where you do your best work. We are building a generational company, and our people (aka Criblanians, Criblers, and Goats, to name a few) power everything we do, from building and launching innovative products to delighting our customers and inspiring each other to do our best work.

But, doing that doesn’t mean we’re always serious. We approach our work fearlessly, learn quickly, improve constantly, and celebrate our wins at every turn. And more importantly, we laugh a lot. Like, a lot a lot. We jest, we joke, we kid. We are irreverent, but that never detracts from our mission; in fact, it enhances it, because it makes the mission more fun.

Cribl culture is not your average tech culture. So we built this playbook to help our current and prospective goats navigate how to be the GOAT.

Diversity drives innovation, enables better decisions to support our customers, and inspires change for the better. At Cribl, we’re committed to creating an intentional work environment where everyone’s contributions are valued. A culture where differences are valued and welcomed! Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are central to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, serving as a dedicated space for employees of all backgrounds and identities to come together. Membership in ERGs is 100% voluntary, and we currently have over 45% of our goats engaged in one or more of our 8 ERGs!

BL@C’s mission is to create an inclusive space that elevates and empowers Black voices to drive awareness, engagement, and opportunity.

Cribl Asian Network (CAN)

CAN strives to provide empowerment, career development, and support while offering ample opportunities for continued education and meaningful community dialogue.

Caregivers @ Cribl

Caregivers @ Cribl aims to create an inclusive space at Cribl that provides support, education, and inspiration so that all caregivers can create a thriving environment for those in their care.

Prism

Prism is focused on fostering a vibrant LGBTQIA+ community that promotes inclusion, offers opportunities for professional development, and empowers all folks, including allies, to advocate for equality.

Veterans @ Cribl

Veterans @ Cribl strives to educate our fellow Criblanians on what it means to be a Veteran, link Veterans and allies with resources in our community, and be a resource for leadership who are interested in understanding Veterans’ issues.

Women of Cribl

The mission of Women of Cribl is to cultivate a safe space that fosters community, supports diverse recruiting, and empowers women to advance their skills and leadership potential through connection, discussion, and collaboration.

Neurodiverse Education, Resources, and Discussion (NERD)

NERD’s mission is to build a community where all brains are celebrated and included, aiming to provide access to education and resources to help folks empower themselves and the people they care about.

Goats Give Back

Our community, our Herd.

Cribl’s employee volunteer program, Goats Give Back, gives our global, remote workforce opportunities – both in-person and virtual – to have an impact in our local communities.

In October 2023, we launched our first annual Goats Give Back month, where over 100 employees dedicated more than 300 hours to various community service projects in partnership with over 25 nonprofit organizations worldwide.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to build upon this momentum by expanding our volunteer opportunities, hosting ERG events focused on supporting underrepresented groups, and launching fundraising challenges aligned with causes close to our goats’ hearts!
